CD-R promo handed out to press (along with a playable PS2 DVD-R demo) at Gamers Day in San Francisco, California on 2003.01.16. The insert is of high paper quality, and can be opened to reveal an image of the church and lyrics to the two vocal tracks.
The disc is very similar to the European CD-R version. The difference is that the URL on the disc and insert is changed from konami.com to konami-europe.com on the European version.
