This CD was included as a bonus in the Director's Cut North American version of the game. Jacket art was available for download from the ATLUS site. In addition, the album was also briefly available for direct purchase from ATLUS's now-defunct online store.
Tracks 01~21 are the same as the entire SMT3 NOCTURNE Maniacs Soundtrack (SVWC-7185). The only difference seems to be that in this version, the tracks are slightly longer, and possibly at a different volume level.
The remaining tracks are selections from the Shin Megami Tensei III NOCTURNE OST (SVWC-7173~4), and are mapped as so:
